I've been around planning and management software, books, magazines,.... even comics :) , for a while.

I found this software called (goal enforcer), which has a very very important feature (depending on my experience), that the software is primarily visual, which helps you a lot for long term goals.

I tried the demo version, and it's brilliant.

I wonder if someone can find the full version (the demo version won't let u save or print & full version will cost 20-70 $).

this is the company website:

www.goalenforcer.com

thank u guys

Tagged as: management
As running a corporate?or government or not-for-profit?enterprise becomes increasingly complicated, more sophisticated approaches are needed to implement strategy and measure performance. Purely financial evaluations of performance, for example, no longer suffice in a world where intangible assets?relationships and capabilities?increasingly determine the prospects for success. Kaplan, a Harvard Business School professor of accounting, and Norton, president of Renaissance Solutions, make a key contribution by describing and illustrating the balanced scorecard, a multidimensional approach to measuring corporate performance that incorporates both financial and non-financial factors. The concept of a balanced scorecard originated in a study group of 12 companies that met throughout 1990; si...

No single person has influenced the course of business in the 20th century as much as Peter Drucker. He practically invented management as a discipline in the 1950s, elevating it from an ignored, even despised, profession into a necessary institution that "reflects the basic spirit of the modern age." Now, in Management Challenges for the 21st Century, Drucker looks at the profound social and economic changes occurring today and considers how management--not government or free markets--should orient itself to address these new realities.
